In about 18 more days, Hsien Hui & I will be married. And this is possible all due to the fact that our Father in Heaven's plans & blessings. These few months there were many testimonies to give but where to start?
I'll start just about 6 months ago -- Dec 2004.

We've comfirmed the wedding date & went scouting for a hotel in PG. With about 6 more months of time, this was really short. Scouted few in Georgetown, not so good news. 2 hotels that we were keen on it, raised their prices & our date was not available. Went to EQ, Shangrila, ParkRoyal, all full or too expensive. But God is really good, we found Paradise Sandy - within our budget & not too far. Anyhow, later we found out there is a major road construction going on right around one of the hotel in town that we wanted and it won't be finish in June 2005. Thank God we didn't take that hotel.
Jan & Feb 2005
Found our bridal house only after the 3rd shop! As a result, most of you have seen the photographs. We love the pictures and I really enjoyed the photo sessions (Fact: I don't like to be in a photo). And we got some extra from the shop without asking for it!! Thank God again!
I completed my lab work & started on my thesis.
April 2005
Completed my thesis on time, praises to God. Hsien Hui was comfirm by her company & was given a raise. Usually, her company does all those pay raise & promotion in mid-year or year end. God was at work & provided more finances. We had a simple 'hantaran' in Ipoh and all went quite well.
Hsien Hui's sister gave us about RM1500 as our wedding gift, so we got our new bed frame & a wardrobe + new bed sheet for new bed. Her another sister bought her whole set of bed sheet + comforter. And her brother sponsored our thank you gifts for dinner. See God is so good & thank God for brother & sisters & parents too!

Most challenging month of all & most testimonies month of all.
Hsien Hui had a small makan in Ipoh, had a great time with her friends & friends of family. I wasn't there. One of her friends, told her he'll sponsor all our fresh flowers on our wedding day!! And it's not small amount, we are using about 350 stalks of gerbera; this cost almost a bomb out there. FYI, he & his wife can't even make it to our wedding plus they gave us angpow!!! If this is not God's work, I really don't know what is.
My mother had a minor stroke on 9th but she's ok. Thank God. Nothing major, she still can walk around but weak lah. She's on medication & physiotherapy. Her left hand & leg are weak, speach was not as clear as before but still quite clear. And she can still marah my father when I called her. She's recovering quite well. Of course she does! Coz we are praying for her! We went back Seremban on 10th nite reach S'ban on 11th morning. My mother checked out of hospital on that day - 2.5 days after her stroke.
That day we were hanging out at my uncle's (mother's bro) place as his place is in town & convinient. Then my aunt asked about my name as in IC, I was wondering why she wants that?? Then she handed me a white long envelope, I opened it and found a piece of paper inside. That piece of papar had my name on it and it also reads 'Ringgit: One thousand and three hundred only'. My aunt told us it's a gift from them for our wedding. All these while we were just focusing on my mother & God did not even take HIS mind off our wedding's needs!
We got back to PG on12th morning & I have to give a talk on my research work all on my own. It was all God's grace & strength that I made it through like kacang putih.
A week later, Hsien Hui's dad said that he'll sponsor all the wine that will be use during dinner. What a surpise!!! We just wanted it to be alcohol free (not budget for wine), guess not.
Yesterday (22nd) we had our 2nd last wedding committee meeting & a special bridal shower for Hsien Hui all thanks to our good friends Yau & Beng. Thank you so much to those that were there yesterday, Hsien Hui was really happy. I've not seen her so happy these past few weeks. Thanks so much guys & gals.
Today (23rd), my old bicycle was stolen. But, it's ok. I was angry, but then I remembered -- Love your enermy. So, I walked around my place and prayed that God bless the person who stolen my bicycle and use it for good. God bless that person.
Now, I'll walk everywhere I go -- just like Jesus. .
Actually, I've been thinking of getting a motorbike when I start work. Nope not car as PG is so full of them already. So, I think God is preparing a new motorbike for me and it's coming soon. Thank you God! erm... can I have a nice new scooter & not 2nd hand one? Hehee.... I'll take what God gives me & I tell you one thing about Him, He is no stingy God, He's the most generous God you can ever find, ever have. So, I know He'll give me the best.
There are just so many to tell, these are only some of the highlights and we both know that more are coming our way. More blessing, let it be in the form of finance, people etc. So, remember to ask us when you meet us.
Hsien Hui & I prayed that our testimonies have encourage you. To those of thinking kahwin, if the Big Boss upstair told you to do, just follow Him & do it like we have. He'll take care of not some of the things, or 80% of the things but ALL the things, big or small.
